Braeburn Country
Manor Bed & Breakfast with it's old world charm, provides a
gracious setting for a carefree vacation getaway. Enjoy elegant,
spacious ensuite rooms and full gourmet breakfast.
Braeburn Manor is discreetly tucked away on two peaceful acres in
Campbellford, Central Ontario, Canada, overlooking the Trent Severn
Waterway.
Braeburn Manor, a grand old circa
1860 historic home, with its original fireplaces and high ceilings,
provides a perfect backdrop for our antique furniture.
Lounge on an old wooden swing for two on the front porch with a
glass of wine while you admire the wonderful sunsets over the Trent
waterway.
We are surrounded by a park which has three separate walking
trails, along with skiing and snowmobile trails.
Bird watching and photography are also very popular in the park
particularly near Ranney Falls and a new Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge.

Braeburn Country Manor,
originally known as the Ferris House, was built by J.M. Ferris, a
prominent business man in town, and a member of the Ontario Legislature
for several years. The Ferris family donated land to the people of
Campbellford to establish, what is now known as Ferris
Provincial Park.
We are surrounded by the park which has three separate walking trails,
along with skiing and snowmobile trails.
The Ferris Room
Decorated in English country the Ferris Room is comfy and sunny
with a four poster queen bed, ensuite bath, two person air massage tub,
separate shower and heated tile floor. A sitting area with large
windows overlooking the Trent Waterway and a magnificent black walnut
tree.
The Ferris Room has a luxurious ensuite bath with a two person
whirlpool air massage tub, separate tile shower, and heated tile floor
for your ultimate pleasure and comfort

The
Waterford Room
The Waterford, our largest room is spacious and elegant with soft
colors and has a four poster canopy bed, a sitting area with two arm
chairs, Enjoy a fabulous view of the Trent Waterway from the three
large windows.
The Waterford Room has a luxurious ensuite bath with a two person
whirlpool air massage tub, separate tile shower, and heated tile floor
for your ultimate pleasure and comfort.

The Old
Mill Room
Decorated in French Country, the Old Mill Room is bright and cheerful
with a red/cream and soft gold toile de jouy. You can relax and unwind
in a pleasant sitting area with a sofa and white antiqued furniture.
The bed, which can be either a king or long twin beds, is fitted with
fine linens and there is an ensuite bath with tub and shower.
