The
quiet beauty of our lakeside resort, Westwind Inn offers the perfect
atmosphere wherein couples may enjoy private intimacy and cozy
accommodation. Whether you enjoy exploring the area, strolling
hand-in-hand through the gardens: pedaling along canopied tree lined
trails: admiring nature and wildlife or prefer to enjoy the tranquil
view from our private beach or embark upon a sunset paddle in one of
our complimentary boats, the ambiance of our inn will embrace and
enchant you with its romantic setting.
We have over quarter mile
of private lakefront and 60 private acres of serene wilderness . . . a
nature and wildlife reserve for our guests only - plus thousands of
acres of adjacent crown land. No through traffic and we
keep vehicles
and parking separated from your accommodation. Look out any
window and
see nature at its best!

As you paddle towards the inn's private natural lakefront, just look at
our view! It is even more spectacular from the lodge. That is our
Inn, nestled amongst the pines - can you see it?
'Log Cabin' style
room in the main lodge, with cedar walls.
All guest rooms have a cozy sitting area and a lovely view from
a sliding glass walkout beside a large window. Some have large heart
shaped two person Jacuzzis (therapeutic air jet tubs SPA). Some have
fireplaces to warm you when its chilly out side.
The dining room in winter, snow covered. 'Treetops Dining Room' is at the
water's edge with a breathtaking panoramic lake view through tall pines
from windows on three sides. Our dining room is fully air conditioned.
There is a large open fireplace crackling away when its chilly outside.
Dine at your own private romantic Pine Harvest 'table for two', topped
with a handmade crochet lace cloth.
If you appreciate antiques you will see pine flat-to-the-walls
cupboards, dry sink, blanket boxes, and oil paintings many well over
100 years old.
A 40 foot in-ground swimming pool. Don't forget your beach towels and
sunscreen!
Lakeside Patio with licensed deck in front of dining room and
