Barrie Waterfront The Barrie waterfront includes the municipally owned marina and a public beach. The water fountain can be seen in the left part of the photo, which is part of the beach area. This photo taken facing south west, approaching along Kempenfelt Bay. This is off  the Small Craft Route.
